Vanderpump Rules Star Stassi Schroeder is Engaged to Beau Clark
The golden girl of Vanderpump Rules, star Stassi Schroeder, is officially off the market. Schroeder, 31, is engaged to 39-year-old casting director Beau Clark. Schroeder first began dating Clark back in February of 2018.
Schroeder first received her big break by making appearances on Bravo’s Summer House and The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, eventually joining the cast of Vanderpump Rules and then starring on the show for all of its seven seasons. Vanderpump Rules followed around employees of SUR, a West Hollywood Restaurant owned by Lisa Vanderpump. The starlet started out as a waitress, but quickly became a fan favorite of the franchise, allowing her to recently publish her own book, Next Level Basic, and becoming a bestselling author. Publicly, Schroeder has had some very tough breakups, including Jax Taylor and Patrick Meagher. Though Clark only appeared on the most recent season of Vanderpump Rules, he quickly became popular among fans.
Clark popped the question at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery, which was very fitting for Schroeder’s personality. Schroeder spilled the beans about their special moment on her Instagram account the same day. Schroeder and Clark are the latest in a long list of cast members who will be preparing to walk down the aisle. Castmates Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright just said ‘I do’ less than a month ago. In the couple’s photo announcing they were engaged to be wed, Schroeder captioned, “OMG, I feel like Meghan Markle.” The reality star gushed about how different Clark was from her previous failed relationships, expressing that, “He’s a really big f–king weirdo… But he’s the best person that I know.”
According to People, Clark was first introduced to her fans during her podcast, “Straight Up With Stassi,” where he originally said he wasn’t sure he wanted to date a reality star as he thought – since she was blonde – she would be filled with Botox and a come across a bit dim. Clark’s opinion changed, however, one night when they both had to close the restaurant. He explained that he really got a chance to know her, saying, “I don’t think I’ve laughed as hard ever with anybody.”
Since the happy news was announced, fellow castmates have joined in with the celebration. Even Andy Cohen sent a “mazel” the couple’s way. As for now, as the couple’s wedding arrangements are put into motion, fans may well have more to learn about the engagement once season 8 of Vanderpump Rules returns in December. Whether or not the new season will include any footage of the actual engagement is anyone’s guess.
